On a particular NatureSweet registration page through or Sites, we may request the User’s Persona Data. NatureSweet will calculate the User’s age via the DOB entry field during the registration process. We do not collect Personal Data from children under 13 years of age on our Sites. NatureSweet reserves the right to limit participation in particular promotions and programs to 18 years of age or older Users only. Most of our Sites are designed and intended for adults. Where one of our Sites is intended for a younger audience, we get consent from a parent or guardian in accordance with local law.

4. REMOVAL OF PERSONAL DATA.
If you have opted to participate in a NatureSweet promotion and/or program and/or to receive information from us, or shared in the Sites your Personal Data. In that case, you may correct your Personal Data when applicable or cancel your registration and request to remove your Personal Data from our databases by “unsubscribing” utilizing the link contained in our communications to you, by writing to us through our Contact Us form or by contacting NatureSweet Consumer Affairs at 1-800-315-8209 on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT, requesting the removal of your Personal Data.
5. SHARE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA.
The Personal Data collected through the Sites will only be communicated and shared with a third party in the case of advertising or marketing, and the approval of the Users will be expressly requested.
